Choice of pulled pork, pulled chicken or bone-in BBQ chicken. Includes a bun, BBQ sauce and two sides. Bone-in chicken requires a 25-meal minimum and an exact count.
BURGERS & DOGS
$800 up to 50 guests • $16 each additional
Choice of cheeseburger or hot dog. Includes a topping bar, plain potato chips and one side.
LOADED MAC BOWLS
$850 up to 50 guests • $17 each additional
Mac and cheese topped with BBQ pulled pork, BBQ pulled chicken or bacon. Pork and chicken are also available Carolina-style, topped with coleslaw. Plain mac and cheese is available. Includes chips.
TACO BOWLS
$800 up to 50 guests • $16 each additional
Ground beef, chicken or pork served over seasoned rice and black beans with lettuce, cheese, salsa, jalapeños and Gringo Sauce—our chili-lime cream sauce. Includes tortilla chips.

Booking Details
- • Truck fee starts at $250 and is based on distance
- • 60 minutes of service included
- • Each additional 30 minutes: $150
- • A $100 nonrefundable deposit reserves your date
- • Balance is due on the event date
- • Final menu and guaranteed count are due seven days ahead
