Big Awesome Express
Feed your crew without losing the afternoon.
Big Awesome Express is a streamlined Monday–Thursday breakfast and lunch program for workplaces, schools, job sites, employee-appreciation events, and other organized weekday groups. The host selects the menu in advance, we arrive ready to serve, and your group is served for up to 60 minutes.
Monday–Thursday only. Breakfast by 10:30 AM • Lunch by 2:00 PM.
Each package has a flat base price for any group up to 50 guests. Groups with more than 50 guests pay the base price plus the per-person rate for each additional guest.

BREAKFAST
$600 up to 50 guests • $12 each additional
Egg and cheese sandwich with bacon, sausage or no meat. Includes seasoned home fries.
BBQ
$900 up to 50 guests • $18 each additional
Choice of pulled pork, pulled chicken or bone-in BBQ chicken. Includes a bun, BBQ sauce and two sides. Bone-in chicken requires a 25-meal minimum and an exact count.
BURGERS & DOGS
$800 up to 50 guests • $16 each additional
Choice of cheeseburger or hot dog. Includes a topping bar, plain potato chips and one side.
LOADED MAC BOWLS
$850 up to 50 guests • $17 each additional
Mac and cheese topped with BBQ pulled pork, BBQ pulled chicken or bacon. Pork and chicken are also available Carolina-style, topped with coleslaw. Plain mac and cheese is available. Includes chips.
TACO BOWLS
$800 up to 50 guests • $16 each additional
Ground beef, chicken or pork served over seasoned rice and black beans with lettuce, cheese, salsa, jalapeños and Gringo Sauce—our chili-lime cream sauce. Includes tortilla chips.

Big Awesome Express is designed for organized weekday service. The host selects the menu in advance, we arrive ready to serve, and your crew gets fed quickly.
Booking Details
- • Truck fee: $250 base (includes travel within 20 miles); $2 per additional mile
- • 60 minutes of service included
- • Each additional 30 minutes: $150
- • A $100 nonrefundable deposit reserves your date
- • Balance is due on the event date
- • Final menu and guaranteed count are due seven days ahead
- • Final counts cannot be reduced
- • Prices are pretax
- • Disposable serving ware is included
- • Latest start times: Breakfast at 10:30 AM • Lunch at 2 PM
- • Package base prices cover any group size; additional guests beyond 50 are priced per person
