Booking & Event Policies
- •$100 deposit required to reserve your date — applied to final balance
- •Remaining balance due day of service
- •Deposits non-refundable within 5 days of the event
- •Events run rain or shine — indoor space required if weather is poor
- •A designated contact must be available upon arrival
- •Ice cream served during booked window only — leftover product not provided after service
