Standard food-trailer service normally begins at 50 guests. Most regular-season private food-trailer events are quoted with a $2,000 minimum, while April events may start at $1,500. Pickup and delivery packages begin at 20 guests. These are normal quoting guidelines, and every request is reviewed individually.

Big Awesome BBQ considers events throughout Syracuse and surrounding Onondaga County communities, including Liverpool, Baldwinsville, Camillus, Cicero, Clay, DeWitt, East Syracuse, Fayetteville, Manlius and nearby locations within practical travel distance.

Food-Trailer Access
The food trailer needs safe access, reasonably level parking and enough room to enter, position, operate and leave the property. Tell us about gates, tight turns, soft ground, loading restrictions, security checkpoints or venue rules when requesting availability. We review the location before confirming service.
Corporate Lunches Without the Usual Nonsense
Big Awesome Express gives Syracuse-area employers a straightforward way to feed their people. The host selects one focused menu in advance, we arrive ready to serve and the group receives up to 60 minutes of service.
Express is available Monday through Thursday. Breakfast must begin by 10:30 AM and lunch must begin by 2:00 PM. Package minimums apply, and the distance-based truck fee starts at $250.

Do you provide private food-truck catering in Syracuse?
Yes. Big Awesome BBQ considers host-paid private events throughout Syracuse and Onondaga County based on date, travel, access, menu and availability.
Does the smoker come to the event?
For standard food-trailer catering, our meats are smoked over live hickory before the event and arrive hot and ready for service. Limited custom onsite BBQ pit service is available for select events by separate custom quote. The pit and food trailer are separate setups.

How long is food-trailer service?
Standard private food-trailer service includes 90 minutes of continuous service. Additional time may be quoted when requested in advance.
What does the 20% onsite service fee cover?
The onsite service fee covers the normal operating expenses, supplies and equipment required to provide the agreed onsite service. Sales tax, additional food, upgrades, extended service time and nonstandard rentals are separate. The service fee is not gratuity.
Can we invite Big Awesome to a Syracuse festival or public event?
Yes. Public events use the Request the Truck form so we can review attendance, schedule, vendor terms, access and overall fit.
How early should we inquire?
Popular dates often book well in advance. Earlier inquiries provide the best selection, but every request is reviewed based on current availability.
