Hosting a private, host-paid event? Request private food-trailer availability. Organizing a festival, farmers market, concert series or other event open to the public? Send a Request the Truck invitation instead.
Truck Access at Venues
Our food trailer needs safe access, reasonably level parking and enough room to enter, position and leave the property. Event spaces and venue parking lots typically work well.
If you're unsure about your venue's access, ask—we've catered at properties throughout the region and know what works.
The 90-Minute Service Window
We arrive early to position and set up. Service runs for 90 minutes—the standard window to keep food fresh and service moving.
Additional service time may be quoted when requested in advance.
