The host selects a focused menu in advance, we arrive ready to serve, and your crew gets fed quickly.

From Small Teams to Larger Company Events
Big Awesome Express uses established package minimums, with additional guests priced per person. Larger counts, staggered shifts, custom menus and service outside the Express schedule may require a custom catering quote. Send us the event details and we'll direct you to the right option.
Site Requirements for Corporate Events
Provide safe access and reasonably level parking for the food trailer. Tell us about security checkpoints, loading restrictions, shift changes, limited parking or job-site conditions when requesting availability.
We coordinate with your facilities team before the event to confirm parking, access and any service restrictions.
The 60-Minute Service Window
Corporate lunch is fast. We arrive early to position the truck. Service runs 60 minutes—the standard lunch window.
In that hour, your team orders, gets served, and grabs a seat. We keep the line moving. Your people get back to work on time.

Predictable Host-Paid Pricing
No surprise costs. You select a menu and a guest count. We quote a total fee upfront. The host pays, your team eats, everyone's happy.
Base pricing covers the package (meats, sides, serving ware). Truck fees start at $250 (distance-based). A $100 deposit secures your date. Final count and menu are due 7 days ahead.
