Big Awesome BBQ serves private events, company lunches, graduations, weddings, rehearsal events and community gatherings throughout Auburn, Weedsport and Cayuga County. Our preferred private-event format is fast food-trailer window service with a menu selected in advance for your event.

Choose from private food-trailer service, Big Awesome Express weekday service, pickup or delivery catering, food by the pan, or limited custom onsite pit service. Availability, minimums and pricing depend on the date, location, menu, service format and event requirements.
What We Serve
Hickory-smoked meats, scratch-made sauces, rubs and sides, and focused menus designed for fast service. For private food-trailer service, guests order individual meals through the window and we keep the line moving throughout the contracted service period.
Built Around Your Event
Guest count is one part of the quote—not the entire decision. Service options, minimums, menu choices, travel, timing, access, and availability vary by event. Tell us what you are planning and we'll review the request individually.
Food-Trailer Access
The food trailer needs safe access, reasonably level parking and enough room to enter, position and leave the property. Tell us about gates, tight turns, soft ground, parking limitations or venue restrictions when requesting availability. We'll review the location before confirming service.
The 90-Minute Service Window
We arrive early to position the truck and open the window. Service runs for 90 minutes—the standard window to feed your group.
Additional service time may be quoted when requested in advance.
